Android/iOS Mobile: Go to Profile, press on "Delete Account," and then press "Delete" on the prompt that appears.

What is deleted and when: your account data is erased immediately. Usage analytics held by Google stops appearing in our reports within 24 hours and is permanently removed within 63 days. Crash reports are kept by Google for up to 90 days. Technical server logs contain no personal details and are deleted automatically after 14 days.
