These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Kenco Life mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, on compatible devices that you own or control, and subject to the terms of the platform from which you obtained the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

• For iOS users: Apple's Standard EULA applies.
• For Android users: Google Play's Terms of Service apply.

All rights not expressly granted remain with the App owner.

2. Subscription & Cancellation

• The App may offer a limited free trial period (for example, 30 days from first use, if and as offered in the App or on the store listing). After any free trial or promotional access ends, continued use of subscription-gated features may require an active paid subscription, as shown at the time of purchase.
• The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID account (iOS) or your Google Play account (Android).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
• No other remedies are available beyond canceling your subscription. Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their policies.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
• Transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized way.

4. Health Disclaimer

The App may provide nutrition, food, or meal-planning information. This content is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making dietary or health decisions. The App owner is not responsible for any health outcomes related to your use of the App.

5. Data & Privacy

By using the App, you agree that personal data—including health information such as allergies, medical conditions, and medications—may be collected to provide the App’s core services, including connecting you with a coach for personalized nutrition guidance. 6. YouTube API Services & Third-Party Video Content

Our application uses YouTube API Services to provide video discovery features. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

All YouTube content, including videos, thumbnails, titles, and metadata, is provided by YouTube and remains the property of YouTube and/or its respective content creators. We do not own, control, host, reproduce, or modify any YouTube content.

Our application displays limited information (such as video titles and thumbnails) to help users discover content. When a user selects a video, they are redirected to YouTube using the standard watch URL ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v={videoId}), where the content is viewed either in the YouTube application or a web browser.

We do not stream or host YouTube videos within our application. All video playback, content delivery, and related interactions occur directly on YouTube platforms.

Our application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

YouTube content is provided “as is” and may be changed, removed, or restricted by YouTube or content owners at any time. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or content of any YouTube videos.

Any subscription or paid features within our application relate solely to our application’s functionality (such as structured programs, user experience, or additional features) and not to access to YouTube content itself.

Your use of YouTube content through our application must comply with all applicable YouTube policies and terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and/or canceling your subscription through Apple or Google.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or health outcomes.
• In any case, total liability shall not exceed USD $50.
• Your sole and exclusive remedy is to cancel your subscription and stop using the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable worldwide, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the country where the App owner is established, unless local law requires otherwise.

11. Platform Terms

Where applicable, these Terms supplement (and do not replace):

• Apple's Standard EULA (for iOS users), and
• Google Play's Terms of Service (for Android users).
